4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Fees: Fees for my Services are clearly outlined on the Site or will be communicated to you prior to commencing any services. I will give you advance notice for any increase in fees.

4.2 Payment: Payment for Services is due before your session to confirm your booking via bank transfer.

4.3 Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equaling the total fee cost.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Alina Dragomir or its licensors, except where content is provided via stock image websites, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Using this website, contacting me, scheduling a meeting, or attending therapy or group meetings facilitated by me does not constitute providing therapy, counselling, coaching, or any therapeutic service. Therefore, we are not in a therapeutic relationship until a formal agreement is made.

8.2 Crisis Support: Unfortunately, I cannot operate as a crisis service. While I strive to respond and signpost queries in a timely manner, this is not always possible. By using this website, contacting me, scheduling a meeting with me, or attending therapy or group meetings facilitated by me, you acknowledge that you are not seeking crisis support. If you are in crisis or need immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area.

9. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease.
